Join Nicole & Kaye for a 90 minute special co-taught class blending the potent practices of mantra and asana. Class starts with a 45 minute flow and ends with a guided yoga nidra meditation.
After class, we will leave some time for chats, integration and community hangs. Snacks will be served as always!
