Description
Get out of your mind and into your body, conquer your fears and boost your immune system by joining this workshop led by Liam. Beginning in the dome, Liam will welcome you and guide you through an embodied movement based flow to warm up the body and the breathing muscles for the breath practice. The guided movement and breathwork will prepare the body for the cold water immersion. After practice you'll be guided into the ice bath amongst the trees and flowers in the Secret Garden. An unforgettable experience that will leave feeling alive, happy and stronger in your mind and body. We will finish the evening around the wood fired pizza oven and share pizzas and hot drinks together to warm the body and chat about the experience.
What to bring and how to prepare for the workshop:
To make the most of this session, try not to eat for at least 2 hours before the session - breathing with a full belly can be uncomfortable.
Don't forget your swimwear and a pair flip flops or crocs can be handy for stepping in to the ice bath.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BREATHWORK:
Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during a breathwork session. Breathwork is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have any medical conditions, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider first. You must inform us BEFORE the session if you have any conditions including epilepsy, glaucoma, heart conditions, COPD, pre-existing lung disease, high or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting or any recent major surgery or taking any medications or have any medical conditions or any stage of a pregnancy.
The breath is a powerful tool when we know how to use it. By taking part in this session, you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Thank you!
