This is an all levels class suitable for beginners.

To practice yoga it does not matter how old you are, how much you weigh, what you do for a living, where you live, or what religion you practice. Yoga is for just about everyone. You will learn and follow the essential components of a vinyasa flow yoga practice: breathing, meditation, intention, asanas (yoga postures), and relaxation.

Yoga is typically practiced in bare feet on a sticky yoga mat with optional yoga props. Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise you can borrow one from us. We provide all the props you need for class. The yoga movements and poses require clothes that can stretch and move freely with your body. You can put together a comfortable outfit from your existing wardrobe to get started.

If you have a medical condition or a recent injury, it can be challenging or dangerous to do certain types of yoga, specific poses, or breathing techniques. Usually, there are alternatives or modifications that can allow you to practice safely so if you are recovering from an injury or are in poor health, we recommended consulting with a physician or other qualified health care professional before beginning yoga.

Get Your Daily Dose of Strength Training, Stretching and Cardio in our fun, dynamic, well rounded classes combining yoga and high intensity interval training.

A good fitness routine includes elements of cardio, strength training, and stretching and with our yoga and HIIT sessions, you can get all three of them in a single class.

The classes are structured with a combination of a dynamic sun salutation flows to warm up, tabata style high-intensity interval training that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working followed by a slow-flow Yin stretch to cool down, wind down and relieve tension.

WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself, some drinking water, a mat and your own weights if you like, otherwise you can use ours

While this class is challenging, it is for all levels. Each exercise is done at your own pace, the number of repetitions will be by discretion of each participant.

Join Liam for an hour of guided breathing practices and mobility training using long held deep stretches to improve the range of motion in your joints and self myo-facial release techniques using balls, foam roller and other gadgets to release stress and tension in the deeper connective tissues in the body.

We are so excited to welcome our wonderful friend and world class yoga teacher Michelle Berrange to the Secret Garden to guest teach a very special full moon workshop that will leave you feeling light, relaxed and restored.

Relaxing is a necessity, not a privilege. Bringing the body to complete stillness allows the mind to rest and let go. When tensions and stress become prevalent in the body, reclining in relaxation and restorative asanas brings balance and health back to the individual.

Conscious Rest moves the system towards peacefulness : deepening natural breath, slowing down the heart rate, reducing blood pressure issues, and relaxing all the muscles in the body. One can relieve fatigue, stress, anxiety and insomnia. Restorative asanas boost the immune system and encourage feelings of serenity and lightness throughout the body.

This 2 hour workshop style class will explore various restorative and relaxation asanas using props for ease and comfort. Come and join Michelle for this very special class here at the Secret Garden

Michelle has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation full time since 2009. Her development as both teacher and practitioner has drawn on experience, inspiration and trainings from different styles of Yoga over the many years. The precision, therapeutic and alignment focus of Iyengar Yoga is her main inspiration, and she connects deeply with the authentic Hatha principles of action and non action and its traditional philosophy and spirituality.

Michelle teaches all over the world and was based teaching and studying in India between 2014 and 2019: deepening her wisdom in the ancient healing therapies of Yoga, Massage, the study of Ayurveda and the power of Dance. Her personal journey and goal of freedom, keeps Michelle constantly driven through a process of self reflection, increased awareness and helping others to find physical and mental space.

We are so excited to collaborate with our great friends Glenn Dunne and Michelle Berrange to co-create this experience. Come join us on this Friday evening for an evening of pure magic under the bright full moon.

In this workshop, you’ll get your inner flow on with a gently flowing moon salutation yoga practice, letting go of any tensions and stresses in the body before taking a guided breath-work practice Liam acompanied by live music with Glenn all with live music and, of course..... the ice bath. We'll finish the evening together with some hot drinks and light snacks

Yoga on the beach with no equipment, no contact & you must bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on (we have spare mats which you can borrow or buy if you prefer).

These classes are for all levels and we will support you and give lots of options and variations for anyone who is just beginning or needs modifications. Classes take approximately one hour including a breathing practice or meditation followed by an all levels Vinyasa Flow yoga weaving in elements of Kundalini, Yin and Restorative yoga for a fun well rounded class with variations and modifications to suit every body. There will be plenty of opportunities to rest throughout so whether you're a complete beginner or a well practised yogi you are very welcome to join.
