Our breath is the bridge between the mind and the body and when we breathe well, we live well. The aim of this practical 4-week program is to heighten your awareness of the breath and how you specifically breathe and provide techniques to help you breathe well and enhance your vitality and clarity.

~ Anatomy of breathing and the respiratory system ~
~ Learn if you are breathing in an unhealthy way ~
~ How breathing can affect mental and emotional health ~
~ The link between breathing and the nervous system ~
~ Nasal breathing versus Mouth breathing ~
~ The importance of CO2 and breathing less ~
~ How to breathe with ease and effortlessness ~
~ Learn simple effective breathing techniques (pranayama) ~
