Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor. She has always had an interest in fitness, movement, and wellness, beginning with dance, tumble, and cheer at a young age. Since becoming a mom, she has discovered her passion for empowering individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Rachel is a former elementary school teacher with many years of experience meeting the needs of a wide variety of learners.

Join Rachel for a strong & steady circuit class using weights! This class will help gain consistent progression and build a strong foundation for your entire body. The goal in this class is to maximize your work output while maintaining proper form. Inspired by strength training practices. Participants will leave feeling balanced and empowered.
The room is heated to 80-90 degrees. Great for all fitness levels.

We will provide the weights and all the fun. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a yoga towel.
