Prepare your body and mind for the Winter Solstice with a dynamic, heat-building vinyasa centered around 21 Sun Salutations.

In the energetic 60 minute practice, we'll build on each salutation, gradually increasing strength, flow, and awareness as the sequence unfolds. Flow through standing sequences and mindful transitions as you honor the sun before it reaches its lowest point of the year.

This will be in a heated room designed for all fitness levels.
