Join Rachel for a strength circuit class using weights! This class will help gain consistent progression and build a strong foundation for your entire body. The goal in this class is to maximize your work output while maintaining proper form. Inspired by strength training practices. Participants will leave feeling balanced and empowered.
The room is heated to 80-90 degrees. Great for all fitness levels.

We will provide the weights and all the fun. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a yoga towel.
