Over the last decade, Isiomar de Leeuw developed an allround wellness practice out of interest for the human anatomy and a personal necessity to live in a state of health, after undergoing heart surgery at age 19. His current wellness services to the community involve personal training, sports massage, kinesiology taping and teaching Hatha yoga group- and personal classes. He is a certified life coach and often provides additional nutrition advice for his clients. In his Hatha yoga class he converts his knowledge, passion and inspiration into the asana’s, celebrates togetherness and takes you on a journey closer to your highest Self. Join me on the mat!
