I first started practicing yoga 4 years ago and completely fell in love with it. Through regular practice I noticed the endless benefits, and yoga has been truly life altering for me.
I finished 200h hatha/vinyasa teacher training and later did 50h yin and 25h restorative/nidra training. I absolutely enjoy teaching classes and interacting with students, all while guiding them softly through their practice so they can connect to themselves and get the most out of it. I believe my style of teaching is for EVERYONE and EVERY body, reconnecting us to our mind, our breath and healing our hearts.

The focus is on releasing tension, promoting relaxation, and preparing the body and mind for a restful night's sleep. The session often includes restorative poses, meditation, and concludes with Savasana (Corpse Pose). This practice is ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep quality, and fostering a sense of calm after a busy day.
