About lotus yoga
Lotus Yoga officially began in January 2026, following the completion of my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYS) Vinyasa training in December 2025.
Becoming a yoga teacher had been a goal of mine since I was 17 years old. Over the years, yoga has become much more than a physical practice for me. I fell in love with the way it encourages presence, grounding, and self awareness, helping us reconnect with ourselves through breath and movement.
My intention is to create a welcoming space where people can feel safe, grounded, strong, and supported in their practice. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you are welcome to join.
My classes typically begin with pranayama (breathwork) and a short meditation, followed by gentle warm up movements before building into a flowing Vinyasa practice. We finish with a well deserved savasana, allowing time to rest, restore, and absorb the benefits of the practice.
I am passionate about helping students improve mobility, strength, and body awareness to support wellbeing throughout all stages of life. I also believe yoga should be a space to explore, play, and have fun. Some days our bodies feel strong and energised, while on other days they ask for something softer. Learning to listen and adapt is all part of the practice.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat,
Sadie:)
