Teaching full body reformer classes, my sessions are designed to challenge you while focusing on control & mindful movement. I’m passionate about helping you feel stronger and more connected to your body through Reformer Pilates!

My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.
