This class will include a carefully curated standing series that will stay the same from week to week, allowing the practitioner to observe progress and cultivate self-compassion. The shapes will include a distinct series of standing, balancing, hip-opening, back-strengthening, and deep stretching to facilitate physical and mental transformation. This practice will end with a floor based practice intended to regulate the nervous system and calm the mind. Suitable for All Levels.

This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. This class combines two styles of yoga - Hatha Flow and Yin. The first portion of the class will be a Hatha Flow - dynamic, warming, connected to your breath movement. The practitioner will enjoy building some strength, stamina and balance. The second portion of the class, we will move into long-hold yin poses - passive, cooling, and still, focusing on the deep connective tissues and joints. Suitable for All Levels.
