Julia Milne attended her first class at Love Yoga in 2017 a few months before turning 40 and has been a regular ever since. Julia practices each morning with Charlie and trained with Bharath Shetty at IndeaYoga. Julia’s aim is to make yoga accessible to all and applies a trauma informed and nurturing approach to her classes.
Description
Mysore-style means ‘self practice’. In these classes, the teacher works with students individually to help tailor a practice unique to them; practitioners are able to go at their own pace and according to their needs. Students are guided through a sequence of yoga poses, one posture at a time, receiving both verbal and hands-on instruction.
Is this class for you?
If you’re interested in working on a personal practice that will progressively improve your strength and flexibility while going at your own pace.
Doors open at 6am, teaching begins at 6.30am
Ideally you will have some experience with self practice before attending this class. We run an Intro to Mysore on the first Saturday of every month if you have never practised in this style before. If you are not able to attend the Intro then please email Charlie in advance of your class.
