I first discovered yoga while travelling in Australia, where a teacher and a few classes sparked something that stayed with me. When I returned home in 2021, I found Love Yoga and began practising Mysore-style yoga, where I quickly realised yoga would become a deeply important part of my life and healing journey.
Since then, I’ve completed my 200-hour training in Aberdeen and a 300-hour training in Rishikesh, studying a range of styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Tantra, Restorative and Yin.
My teaching is rooted in creating a calm, welcoming space where you can move gently, explore, and feel supported - wherever you are in your practice.

This class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.
Blending gentle Hatha yoga with moments of free, intuitive movement, you’ll be guided to move in a way that feels supportive rather than forced.
There’s no pressure to “get it right” - just space to breathe, explore, and move with ease.
