Description
What do you need after 1+ year of surviving a pandemic? If I were answering honestly it’s probably a gentle stretch & a big lie down! So that’s exactly what our first LIVE & IN PERSON workshop in over a year will be…
We will begin with some breath work & some very gentle stretches designed to help you arrive mentally & to relax physically. These will be very accessible so no yoga experience is necessary.
You will then be invited to lie down, make yourself as comfortable as can be & prepare to be soothed by the tones of my 5 crystal singing bowls. The bowls create sounds that are deeply relaxing for body & mind, & it will give you the perfect opportunity to rest deeply & reset your body & mind.
This is for anyone that needs to give themselves a little gift of time, gentleness & peace.
It’s been a tough time for us all & it’ll be so powerful to gather for something so simple but so restorative.
Please bring with you: a mat to lie on, a blanket & cushion to get comfy with, & an eye mask to help you switch off. Usually I would loan these items, but at the moment this is not advisable.
Please note that Cheapside Village Hall is a Covid Compliant venue & spaces for this event have been kept very limited to ensure social distancing.
