A 30mins session for the Lindt & Sprungli UK office. You are invited to come & relax! For the session you will simply lie on the floor (on a yoga mat) & will have the chance to listen to the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. This is a form of relaxing meditation. Wear something comfortable & if you want extra comfort bring a blanket, pillow & eye mask.
