The perfect way to wind down at the end of the week…
Come & be soothed by the tones of Lucy’s 5 crystal singing bowls.
We will begin the session with some grounding breathwork to help you let go of your week & to fully arrive in the moment. You’ll then be invited to lie down, get super cosy, & all you’ll need to do is allow your mind to rest on the relaxing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. No experience necessary. No expectations. Just come exactly as you are.
Mats can be borrow from the studio, but please bring your own blanket, comfy cushion & eye mask.
It will be hosted at Broadlands Farm, Bagshot Road, Sunninghill, SL5 9JN. The entrance to Broadlands Farm has NO GATES.
On entering the driveway, veer left & drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn & you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RED GARAGES.
