You are invited to join Lucy’s final ever sound bath at Broadlands Farm…
This has been our yoga and meditation home for many years, and the time has nearly come for us to bid the space farewell as the current owners are moving on…
Auspiciously this final sound bath at Broadlands falls on the Flower Full Moon - the perfect time to express gratitude to this beautiful space that has held us and to take an hour at the end of a busy week to slow down and rest deeply.
You don’t need any sound Bath experience - all are welcome to attend. We will begin with a gratitude meditation, some calming breathwork and then you will be invited to lie down and rest as Lucy plays her 5 crystal singing bowls.
You will want to bring a blanket, eyemask, cushion and anything else that might make you feel comfortable. There are some mats at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
Hosted at Broadlands Farm, Bagshot Road, Sunninghill, SL5 9JN. The entrance to Broadlands Farm has NO GATES.
On entering the driveway, veer left and drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn and you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RED GARAGES.
