This class is suitable for all yoga levels: the beginner yogi looking to learn the basics, or the more experienced yogi looking to slow down & delve deeper into the asanas & their breath. Expect slow (but strong) movement, combined with deep yogi breathing, to leave you feeling relaxed & ready for the weekend.
