Description

Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic class that combines yoga flow with the breath. Each class will be focussed around one of the 4 main elements: Water, Earth, Fire & Air. Each element has a corresponding chakra & muscle group focus.

This practice is for anyone who enjoys a challenging but inclusive yoga practice - you will always be encouraged to tune into what is best for your body. Towards the end of the class there will be time for introspection & space guided by Lucy.

It will be lead ONLINE via the ZOOM app - please get in touch for advice on how to download this & set yourself up if you are unsure.
