Take 15 mins for yourself. This will be a guided mindfulness session with the intention of holding space for you to cultivate a few moments of peace & calm midweek. We will combine a little breathwork with some stillness. It’ll be the perfect midweek refresher & will provide you with some tools to use in your day-to-day life.
