In Lucy’s Vinyasa Flow classes you can expect dynamic & mindful movement, combined with awareness of the breath. Each class is themed & you will be guided through an intelligent sequence designed around that theme. You will be encouraged to pay attention to what is right for YOU - finding a balance between the strength & ease that we are seeking in our practice.

You are welcome to bring your own mats & props with you, but there are spares at the studio if you wish to borrow them.

It will be hosted at Broadlands Farm, Bagshot Road, Sunninghill, SL5 9JN. The entrance to Broadlands Farm has NO GATES.

On entering the driveway, veer left & drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn & you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RED GARAGES.

Monday evenings have never been more chilled! This class promises some mindful vinyasa flow, followed by some deeply relaxing Yin yoga. The perfect tonic for a Monday night! Open to all yoga experience levels.

At a minimum please bring your own yoga mat - useful extras: yoga strap, yoga block, blanket, bolster or cushion.

It will be hosted at Cheapside Village Hall in Ascot SL5 7QH - this is a Covid compliant venue & social distancing will be in place so spaces must be booked in advance & are very limited. There is free parking outside the venue.

This class is for the staff of Lindt & Sprungli UK office.

It is a combination of Yoga & Pilates so each week we will focus on both strengthening & stretching the body.

There will be modifications on offer to suit different experience levels, so please do come along & give it a go even if you’ve never tried Yoga/Pilates before.

At the next full moon Fran and Lucy are inviting you to an evening of sweet serenity 😌

Together they will use their skills and energy to hold space for you to deeply relax. To release energies no longer serving you. To explore an aspect of your inner world in relation to the themes that the full moon in Aquarius is bringing us: collaboration and community; inspiration; release of fear and frustration.

The evening will include:

🧘🏽‍♀️gentle yoga led by Lucy (predominantly Yin Yoga)
🪽A guided meditative journey led by Fran
🎶Sound woven through the whole experience including Lucy’s crystal singing bowls and Koshi bells

The cost is £30pp* & we would definitely recommend bringing a yoga bolster or pillow & blanket (and your own yoga mat if you have one - if not we will have some spares available).

Fran is visiting us all the way from Siem Reap, Cambodia (so this is a super special one-off event!). She co-runs Moon Wives, a spiritual healing practice and feels most in alignment when guiding others on their own spiritual journey. (www.moonwives.com and insta- moon.wives)

Yin Yoga offers you a chance to practice stillness. Physically we will hold juicy, relaxing postures for around 5 minutes (with the focus on relaxing to enable us to release deep tension from the fascia & connective tissues in the body). Mentally it provides you with a space to press PAUSE. It is the perfect class for anyone looking to unwind & find some inner peace.

This class is available as a recording - meaning if you can’t join us for the scheduled time, sign up to the class as normal, Lucy will note that you haven’t joined & as soon as the recording is available (latest 9pm on the day of the class) you will be emailed the recording & will be able to access it in your own time for the following 7-days from the date of the class (after which it will not be accessible).
