Sejal S Sood is the visionary behind Sircle, a transformative practice that weaves together dance, yoga, and mindfulness. With over two decades of experience in movement, a background in classical dance and yoga, and a degree from MIT, Sejal brings both depth and precision to her work. She has taught and performed internationally—from Lincoln Center to the Bali Spirit Festival—sharing her unique approach to embodiment, culture, and personal growth.
