Description

A dynamic, full-body workout practiced on the mat in a heated room. This class combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the intensity of interval training, designed to build strength, tone muscles, improve endurance, and boost cardiovascular fitness. The added heat increases flexibility, promotes detox through sweat, and makes every movement more challenging—leaving you energized and empowered.
