Sacha is a birthkeeper, doula, and yoga teacher supporting women and families during pregnancy and birth. Trained in India and Bali, she combines traditional yoga, breathwork, and her knowledge of birth to help women feel confident, calm, and connected to their body and baby throughout this special time.

Description

Prenatal yoga classes are gentle, safe, and deeply supportive. Each session helps you release tension, strengthen your body, and prepare for birth with awareness and trust. Through movement, breath, and relaxation, you’ll learn to listen to your body and connect with your baby.
