Pear discovered yoga in 2013 while living in Michigan, USA. What began as a way to ease stress soon became a journey of strength and calm. A certified 200-hour YogaWorks (NYC) and 150-hour Hatha Yoga teacher, Pear also integrates Sound Healing into her practice. Her classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and soothing vibrations to bring balance and inner peace.
