Laura draws on her life’s work experience, including 14 years as a holistic bodyworker and yoga instructor in the superyacht industry, to guide students toward balance, presence, and overall wellbeing. With over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance–certified training and a background in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Thai yoga massage, her teaching style is holistic, grounding, and deeply nurturing. Her classes flow naturally, blending intelligent sequencing with space for self-discovery. Laura empowers students to move with awareness, connect inward, and explore meaningful themes—inviting each practice to be both supportive and transformative.
