Hot Hips is a gently heated class designed to deeply release the hips, lower back, and surrounding muscles where we often hold tension. Expect longer holds, slow transitions, and targeted stretches to improve mobility, ease stiffness, and support better posture and movement. The heat is kept moderate — warm enough to soften the body, but accessible and not overwhelming — making this class suitable for all levels.
