Craig began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2008 and completed teacher training in 2009. Introduced to the practice in West End, Brisbane, he was immediately drawn to the calm, focused atmosphere of the hot room.
Having practiced in studios across different cities and countries, Craig values the sense of peace and equality that remains constant — wherever the practice takes place.

A 60-minute heated yoga class based on the traditional Bikram sequence, adapted for a shorter practice. You’ll move through familiar postures in a set sequence, with select poses practiced once instead of twice—delivering the same grounding, strengthening, and detoxifying benefits in a more time-efficient format.
Suitable for all levels. Focused on consistency, breath, balance, and mindful endurance.
