A 60-minute heated yoga class based on the traditional Bikram sequence, adapted for a shorter practice. You’ll move through familiar postures in a set sequence, with select poses practiced once instead of twice—delivering the same grounding, strengthening, and detoxifying benefits in a more time-efficient format.
Suitable for all levels. Focused on consistency, breath, balance, and mindful endurance.
