Description
A slow, deeply calming class designed to release tension held in the body and fascia.
Using a combination of supported restorative postures and gentle myofascial release techniques (with balls), we work into areas of tightness — helping improve mobility, circulation, and overall ease in the body.
This class is less about stretching hard, and more about releasing deeply.
Perfect for recovery, stress relief, and anyone feeling tight, fatigued, or overwhelmed.
