Description
Slow down and sink deep.
A deeply restorative Yin practice focused on long-held, floor-based poses that create space through the hips, spine, joints and connective tissues. Postures are held for several minutes, giving the body time to gradually soften while the mind settles into stillness.
Expect minimal movement, quiet guidance and plenty of space to release — ideal for recovery days, evening unwinding, or whenever your body is asking you to slow down.
The practice closes with a restful savasana under LŪMA’s red light, allowing you to simply lie back, reset and soak in the warmth.
Perfect if you’re feeling tight, overstimulated, or simply in need of deep rest.
