Laura is a yoga and Pilates instructor from Denmark and Studio Manager at Hot Yoga Aarhus. She completed her 300-hour 26&2 Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Dev Kapil and Amrei Marden in Australia, and her 300-hour Progressive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Dev Kapil in Phuket. With experience teaching 26&2 Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP), Yin Yoga, and Progressive Hatha Yoga, Laura brings her passion for movement and mindful practice to the LŪMA community.
