Paula Charoentham is an experienced instructor with more than 10 years teaching Pilates, mat Pilates, vinyasa yoga, and stretching/massage. She has Stott certifications in all forms of Pilates including mat pilates, Bangkok Yoga Academy certifications in yoga, Ministry of Public Health certifications in stretching/massage, and certifications from both Chiva-Som and CIBTAC in anatomy and physiology.
