Guided by breath-led movement and mindful awareness, his classes offer an accessible, moving meditation where everyone is welcome to meet themselves exactly as they are. He is also certified in Yin, Restorative yoga, and Sound healing, Ford emphasizes stillness and nervous system regulation to help students slow down and deeply reconnect. Beyond the studio, he also leads wellness retreats focused on commitment, reflection, and balanced living.
