I'm Vashti Ballard, a passionate yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy, postnatal, and mum-and-baby yoga. As a mother of two, I’ve personally felt the incredible benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy and postpartum—both for physical recovery and emotional wellbeing. Yoga was not only a way to support my body but also a wonderful way to connect with other mums. My classes are designed to help you feel strong, nurtured, and supported through the transitions of motherhood. With a focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and community, I create a welcoming space where you can relax, restore, and bond with your baby. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery or in need of some time just for you, I’m here to guide you with gentle, supportive practices that honour your body and journey.

Description

Join me for a restful class for all women and mums 6 months+ postnatal (who are ready to enjoy a class without baby) to work on rebuilding their core and taking some time for themselves to rest and restore. We will have time to share in each class and finish with a lovely yoga nidra so you leave feeling calm and restored, ready for the week ahead.

Mats and blankets will be provided. Please enter through the door on Canterbury Road.
