Carol's lifelong devotion to health and sports began in South Africa with competitive swimming. Seeking solace from the pressures of finance in the UK, she pivoted towards the fitness industry, where she thrived as a personal trainer and group fitness coach. Carol's vibrant journey took her to the Turks & Caicos Islands, where her initial stint as a Dive Instructor blossomed into a full-fledged career in health and fitness over twenty fruitful years. Equipped with certifications in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and group fitness, along with expertise in sports nutrition, Carol has shaped a well-rounded career dedicated to wellness. Her move to Portugal in December 2021 marked the continuation of her commitment to inspire and guide
others in their fitness and yoga practices.
