Anastacia is a Certified Somatic Coach, Yoga Therapist, and Embodiment Educator and a Proud Mom with over a decade of teaching experience. Her work is trauma-aware and integrates a wide range of modalities, including somatic yoga, polyvagal-informed practices, breathwork, and restorative approaches. She is certified in Yoga for Trauma and Creating Safer Spaces (polyvagal-informed), and is deeply committed to facilitating environments that prioritise safety, choice, and nervous system awareness. She has trained extensively in functional movement and mobility (including studies with Gary Carter and Embodied Yoga principles with Julie Martin), and holds certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Her approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience, with a particular sensitivity to nervous system regulation, chronic pain, and women’s hormonal health. Anastacia’s classes offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and build a more supportive relationship with the body — one that fosters resilience, balance, and long-term wellbeing.

A 75-minute somatic yoga & nervous system support class
