As the founder of Luz Aura, Luz Natural, and Yoga Bunch, Nikki brings a fresh perspective to the yoga community. Her journey from the bustling streets of London to the tranquil Alentejo region of Portugal ignited her passion for teaching, driven by her own experience with autoimmune diseases, where she discovered the transformative power of yoga. Specializing in a range of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative, pre-natal, kids, and Power Yoga, Nikki's classes reflect a modern and inclusive approach. She creates a positive space for exploration and growth, catering to diverse needs and abilities. Nikki's enthusiasm for teaching kids' yoga is infectious, as she crafts interactive sessions filled with storytelling and yoga poses, ensuring a blend of fun and learning. Her aim is to provide children with all the benefits of yoga while creating a fun and giggle filled class. Join us for a unique twist on traditional yoga — right in the pool next to our beautiful studio!

Paddle Yoga combines the calm of water with the challenge of balance, all in a safe, supported, and fun environment that’s perfect for summer.

Using a paddleboard on the pool's surface, we move through accessible yoga sequences designed to improve core strength, stability, and focus. The gentle instability of the board activates deep muscles and encourages mindful movement, making even simple poses feel brand new.

This class is suitable for all levels — no paddleboarding experience needed. Expect laughter, wobbles, splashes, and a serious full-body workout that feels like play!
