Caty is a serene and global soul with a calm presence, committed to the study and practice of mind-body disciplines. Her yin-like nature complements her extensive knowledge gathered from around the world, grounding her teachings in peace and mindfulness. Born in Romania and raised in the sunny Algarve, Caty’s life has been a tapestry of experiences around the world. She spent nine years in Dubai and journeyed across the globe. Her travels have been more than just physical; they've been a quest for knowledge, during which she's immersed herself in diverse cultures and accumulated wisdom in mindfulness, yoga & meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as plant-based nutrition and cooking. Her mission is to
help you feel a profound sense of peace and connection— to yourself and the universe—no
matter where you might be on your life's path.

Paddle Yoga combines the calm of water with the challenge of balance, all in a safe, supported, and fun environment that’s perfect for summer.
Using a paddleboard on the pool's surface, we move through accessible yoga sequences designed to improve core strength, stability, and focus. The gentle instability of the board activates deep muscles and encourages mindful movement, making even simple poses feel brand new.
This class is suitable for all levels — no paddleboarding experience needed. Expect laughter, wobbles, splashes, and a serious full-body workout that feels like play!
