About Maga Emanuela
These classes are an invitation to arrive home in your body.
To set down the week, breathe, and return to your body through movement, breath, and stillness.
Each class weaves together asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, guided by the wisdom of the elements and the rhythms of the natural world. Sometimes dynamic and fiery, sometimes a slow, deep flow, each class offers a balance of strength and opening that meets you where you are.
You will always be offered options. This is a space to listen to your body, honour its wisdom, and move in a way that feels true to you, rather than push toward a perfect pose.
My teaching is rooted in a deep respect for the body as a place of intelligence and healing. This shapes not only how I sequence a class, but how I hold the space: with care, with attention, and with warmth.
Classes are open to all levels and held weekly on Saturday mornings at St George Community Centre, set in the heart of St George's Park.
Come as you are. You are welcome here.
