A restorative practice integrating gentle stretching, guided relaxation, and other calming practices to down regulate the nervous system into a peaceful state of wellbeing. Relaxation techniques are known to help improve sleep, manage pain, and alleviate stress.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, bolster or pillows, eye pillow, and anything else to support your practice.
