By planting the seeds of mindfulness, children will discover their inner calm and social connectedness through interactive games, stories, movement, and crafts! Some activities may take place outdoors weather permitting. Please register and pay one time in the parent's name. A liability form for child will be emailed to the parent and must be returned before the start of class.
