Mindful Strength is inspired by yoga, pilates, resistance training, self-inquiry, and moving meditation. We will explore a well-rounded practice to enhance balance, stability, range of motion, agility, and functional movement. We bring mindful awareness to our explorations to discover and challenge our growth edge, while building balance, strength and flexibility in both our body AND our mind. This class requires the ability to be weight bearing on wrists and knees. Prior experience in yoga or other movement practices is highly recommended. Take your practice to the next level!
