A mind-body practice that honors the whole person, using techniques like mindfulness, alignment yoga, somatics, gentle strength, and breath awareness to release tension and habitual patterns in the body and mind while balancing the nervous system, opening the heart, and revitalizing energetic flow. Challenges are offered mindfully and accessibly, creating a sense of heart-centered confidence and resilience that can be carried off the mat. Walk away feeling more connected and at ease as you start the week ahead!
