PLEASE BRING A MAT AND ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT YOU NEED TO KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE.

Location: Littlemore Village Hall, Railway Lane, OX4 4PY
There is plenty of parking. And the hall is on the 3A bus route.
It's a lovely big and very clean hall, which has been set up to be Covid safe.

This class is suitable FROM WEEK 14 of your pregnancy, right through to the end of your pregnancy. Beginners welcome.

CHAIRS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE BRING A MAT AND CUSHIONS TO CLASS, AND ANYTHING YOU NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT.

Please DON'T COME TO CLASS if you have any Covid symptoms or have been asked to isolate, and follow NHS guidelines. Please wear a mask unless you are on your mat - unless you have exemption. And use the hand sanitiser provided. We will all follow latest Covid Government guidelines at all times to ensure everyones safety. Class numbers will be limited and mats will be spaced apart. Windows and doors will remain opened to enable good air flow. And the room well ventilated after class.

In our classes we practice easy yoga to safely relieve pregnancy aches and pains, and to strengthen our bodies for the demands of birth and motherhood. Our yoga is carefully designed to help you towards a healthy and joyful pregnancy, easy birth and speedy post-natal recovery!

If you are having any pregnancy complications please let us know and we can discuss the suitability of classes. You may be able to do some or all of the class, yoga is very adaptable! Please make sure you have medical clearance for attending classes if needed.
