This is the LAST class of 2025! And I have decided to make it extra special. We will explore kindly releasing stagnant beliefs and stories that keep us stuck in unhelpful cycles, followed then by setting new intentions aligned with our dreams and desires. If numbers allow we may explore some somatic compassion work which involves working in partnership to supercharge these intentions.
If this sounds like something you feel called to embody and illuminate a path forward into the Xmas period and New Year - please do join us!
I have decided to make this a women only class for various reasons, but mostly because there is something very special about women supporting women.
Please bring a notebook and pen to this session.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more balanced, nurtured, and deeply connected to your body and mind.
*All classes are trauma-informed to provide an environment of safe presence, choice, and freedom to make the practice your own. All parts of you are welcome here.
