For those who don't live in Den Bosch or Amsterdam and still want to do classes with me. Or for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of their homes. Or for those who prefer to practice on a time that suits them.
You can join live online or via recording. The recording will be send to you after the class (also if you were not able to make it online). The recording will be available for a month, so you will have a month to play with this sequence.
This class will be in English.
Yin is a restorative practice, where we hold the poses for a longer period of time to let the fascia (connectie tissue) melt. This a very soft, meditative practice.

In this private class I will look at your posture and will give you a personal class you can do at home to gain more Postural Ease and Movement Freedom.This class can be online or in person. You will be given a video to practice with at home. It is most beneficial to buy a Body Reading package for this class.
