Description
Do you want to unlock the secret of self-regulation and healing?
I am super excited to launch a new series of Six Kundalini Yoga session on unlocking the power of the Vagus Nerve (my best friend)!
Discovering the Vagus Nerve 10 years ago was life changing for me. I suddenly realised it was the solution to all my problems including IBS which I healed myself when doctors were not able to help for years
Understanding what happens to my body, nervous system and hormonal flow when I get stressed, anxious or overwhelmed by my emotions, and knowing what I can do at the precise moment to drastically change the way I feel and quick is so empowering.
Since then, the Vagus Nerve has been a transformative element of my teaching and coaching sessions.
In this series, we will explore the role of the Vagus Nerve in regulating your mood, resetting your stress response and reducing inflammation and disease.
The Vagus Nerve also known as the “wandering nerve” is the largest cranial nerve of the body. It links your brain with every single internal organ and plays an important role in your Parasympathetic Nervous System. Higher vagal tone means the body and brain are more resilient under stress and disease.
By understanding the incredible power of your Vagus Nerve you can begin practising ways to flex its inhibitory strength to keep you mellow in times of distress.
In addition, recent research shows the Vagus Nerve is linked to the following conditions: Anxiety, Depression, Weight Gain, Insomnia, Autoimmune Disease, IBS, Crown Disease, Digestive and Cardiovascular conditions, Autism, Eating Disorders and inability to orgasm among others.
You will discover how you can use Kundalini yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation to increase the vagal tone, balancing your nervous system, calming your stress response and improving your health.
Sessions:
Classes will be held in Zoom. A recording will be available for all the classes the day after until a week after the last session. You can benefit from catching up or practise again
Each session will last 90 min and there will be a limited number of students to ensure I can pay attention of each of you.
You will receive the Zoom link the weekend before the course starts.
