I am super excited to start September with a new Kundalini yoga series on Building Core Strength. Exactly what we need to implement permanent positive change.
There is some level of misunderstanding when it comes to the Core Strength.
First the Core is not only the abdominal muscles. It includes all the muscles between the pelvic floor and the diaphragm including the glutes, rectus abdominis, obliques, transverse abdominis, and lower back muscles.
Second the benefits of building core strength in Kundalini Yoga go beyond the physical realm, encompassing emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions, as opposed to other types of exercise or yoga styles.
Not only we work on core muscles (that’s the bonus), with Kundalini yoga we also work on the core energy at the navel, the centre of transformation and empowerment. If you want to create a shift in your life you need to have a strong energy at the core, that’s your projection to the external world.
In addition, the core holds your emotional body, your sense of your Self, your confidence, your self-esteem, your determination and your will power.
Having a strong core helps to relieve stress, anxiety and depression and to overcome unhealthy habits or behaviours.
And of course to establish healthy boundaries you need to a strong core.
There are so many benefits of building core strength. In this course, we will use posture, breath-work and meditation to empower yourself to establish permanent positive change and transformation in your life.
All the sessions are recorded so you can catch up at your convenience or practise as often like. You are invited to practise a daily mediation for 40 days, since repetion reinforces your neurological pathways
